Order and support information

If you publish a product review, your chosen public name, star rating and review text are visible to everyone. You can update or remove your review from Inventory. The store owner can see the account name and email associated with your review to provide product support. These account details are not included in public reviews. Profile pictures are stored privately for your account settings.

The store processes your name, email, date of birth, password hash, recovery key hash, chosen public name, profile picture, ordered products, payment references, terms consent and support messages to fulfill purchases, provide downloads, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of the purchase contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in secure delivery.

Stripe handles payment details. The store does not receive or store your full card number. Purchases are delivered through your account Inventory. Passwords and recovery keys are stored as protected hashes. Your date of birth is used for an age declaration and is not public.

Order records are retained for applicable accounting and legal requirements. Download entitlements are retained while the service provides access. Verification codes expire after ten minutes and access sessions after thirty days. Expired security records are periodically removed.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object where applicable. Legal retention requirements may limit deletion. You may complain to Datatilsynet. The basket and saved products use local storage; download access uses an essential session cookie. No advertising cookies are required for purchases.
