Seller and agreement

These terms govern purchases of digital VRChat assets and avatars from PezzieBoo Store. Contact: perriehovden@icloud.com. The product description, compatibility information, price and license shown before purchase form part of the agreement.

License and permitted use

You buy a limited license, not ownership of the copyright. Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, the license is personal to one purchaser and is not transferable. You may install the files, keep reasonable personal backups, and modify them for your own permitted use. Avatars may be uploaded for your own private VRChat use. World assets may be embedded in worlds you own or operate, including publicly accessible playable worlds. Visitors may play those worlds without receiving the source files.

Restrictions protecting the assets

You must not resell, redistribute, share, leak, gift, sublicense or otherwise make the original files, extracted components or modified versions available to others. This includes free distribution, paid commissions that transfer the files, public source repositories, asset packs and download services. Do not upload an avatar as public or cloneable, bypass access controls, remove required credits, or falsely claim authorship. Do not include the assets in training datasets or use them to train generative models without written permission. Permission is needed before supplying source files to a contractor. These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

Third party rights and credits

Third party components remain subject to their own applicable licenses. The seller grants only rights that the seller owns or is authorized to grant. Preserve the credits and notices in the product description and package. A purchase does not grant unrestricted standalone reuse of third party parts. Any product specific permissions or restrictions disclosed before purchase also apply.

Voluntary support

Support PezzieBoo is entirely voluntary. You choose the amount shown in USD before payment. It does not include any product, license, download or other benefit. It is support for an independent creator, not a charitable donation or a promise of tax deductibility. Contact support about mistaken or unauthorized payments. Mandatory legal rights remain.

Payment and delivery

Prices and currency are shown before payment. The final checkout must disclose the total including applicable taxes. Orders are released only after payment is verified. After payment is verified, purchased products appear in your account Inventory. A downloadable purchase confirmation includes the ordered products, the accepted terms and delivery consent. The Boxy purchase includes both its PC and Quest packages. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by the store.

Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers normally have a statutory withdrawal period where applicable. For digital content supplied immediately, the store requests your separate express consent to delivery beginning before that period ends and your acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is lost when delivery begins. The store records that consent and includes it in your downloadable purchase confirmation. There are no voluntary change of mind refunds once digital delivery has begun with valid consent. This does not limit mandatory rights relating to faults, missing delivery, misdescription or other nonconformity. Refund and remedy requests are assessed under applicable law, including the Norwegian Digital Content Act and Withdrawal Act.

Compatibility and remedies

Review the stated platforms, dependencies, installation requirements and performance rating before purchase. Public VRChat access to a world does not make its source files freely distributable. If a product is faulty, missing or materially different from its description, contact support with your order reference. Mandatory rights to correction, replacement, price reduction, termination, reimbursement or other applicable remedies are preserved. Mandatory update obligations are not excluded.

Account and download access

Create an account and sign in before checkout. Your purchased downloads remain linked to your account. Keep your password and recovery key private. A date of birth is requested as an age declaration for accounts aged 18 and over; it is not identity verification. Email addresses are contact details and are not verified by email. Purchases are linked to your account identity rather than an email claim. Access is limited to the products purchased. Online access depends on the service remaining available; keep your own lawful backup of purchased files. Contact support if you lose access. Refunds, confirmed fraud or a material license breach may affect access only to the extent permitted by law and following any required notice or remedy process.

Privacy

Name, email, order details, payment references and the accepted terms version are used to process orders, confirm delivery, protect downloads, provide support and satisfy legal obligations. Card numbers are not stored by the store. See the privacy notice for processing, retention and your rights.

Law and disputes

Norwegian law governs the agreement, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply in their country of residence. No term waives mandatory consumer rights. Contact support first to seek a resolution. Norwegian consumers may contact Forbrukertilsynet for mediation where available. Copyright and other claims may be pursued through lawful remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply. Changes to these terms do not retroactively remove rights under a completed purchase.
